Formerly known as GI Specialist Recruitment, IDEX Professional Recruitment are a
UK based recruitment company specialising in General Insurance, Claims & Legal
and Financial Services recruitment.
Mid 2008 prior to the establishment of KoOSK Rob Winwood was employed by IDEX
which was then GI to develop a website complete with a job shop application. The
site was launched 6 months later and produced outstanding results.
A few months after the launch GI then changed its name to IDEX and a big
marketing campaign to promote IDEX began so a new site was required, again
featuring an online job shop application, this saw the birth of the new IDEX
Recruitment website.
The requirements for the site where clear, IDEX wanted a site that would:
- Feature an easy to use Job Shop application allowing users to:
- Search and view jobs online
- Apply directly to jobs online and send applicants details directly to the
consultant in charge.
- Refer the job to a friend of family.
- Send the job to a personal email
- Advanced Job Search by keyword, location, sector, Job title.
- Jobs by area complete with news feeds specific to that location.
- Automatic email notification of new application submissions online.
- Ability to submit website news.
- Download CV Wriring tips
- Download Interview tips.
- Send jobs with a click of a button from the recruitment database CRM System
directly to the site and make the jobs instantly searchable on the site.
- The site must be corporate and professional looking without compromising the
sites ease of use.
- The sites content must be easily changeable and the ability to add new pages
must be simple.
- The site must have a simple online contact form for general enquiries which
sends the submitted information directly through email to a chosen employee of
IDEX.
- The site must feature an online map as part of the contact us page with the
ability to generate directions.
Taking into account these requirements KoOSK got to work and throughout the
development we stayed in direct contact with IDEX to ensure we where producing a
site around thier needs and the target market.
To ensure we achieved the highest of quality KoOSK also worked closely with
At-U Creative Design who
produced the skin for the site allowing KoOSK to produce all the functionality
and content which formed an end result of the highest quality.
KoOSK are pleased to announce we managed to meet all set requirements as well as
increase the sites traffic and drive applicants to apply for the jobs online. We
are now again working closely with IDEX to both maintain and expand the site
accordingly.
